We do not begin by asking which grant you want. We begin by helping you build an organization that funders can confidently support.

Funding is not the first step. Fundability is.

The Fundability Institute™ is an education, assessment, client-readiness, grant-intelligence, and organizational-capacity platform. It is not a grant-search website. We educate organizations, evaluate readiness, identify gaps, assign training, collect required documentation, and prepare qualified organizations for funding strategy and grant development.

The result is an organization that is fundable, sustainable, financially resilient, mission-driven, revenue-ready, investment-ready, and built for long-term impact.

The Fundability Pathway™

Eight stages, advanced by readiness — not by request.

Participants advance according to their readiness level, completed work, documentation, and assessment score. Each stage is reviewed before the next begins.

  1. 01

    Fundable Organization Orientation™

Understand what fundability means, how funders evaluate organizations, and what the pathway requires of you.

  2. 02

    Fundability Assessment™

A structured review of mission clarity, governance, finance, programs, data, and documentation.

  3. 03

    Fundability Score™

Your readiness is scored and placed on a stage so that gaps are visible and specific.

  4. 04

    Capacity-Building Training

Assigned coursework and workshops that close the gaps identified in your assessment.

  5. 05

    Document Readiness

Governance, financial, program, and compliance documentation is collected and reviewed.

  6. 06

    Funding Strategy

Approved organizations move into funder research, revenue strategy, and a funding calendar.

  7. 07

    Grant Development and Submission

Grant development engagements are staffed, requirements tracked, and applications prepared.

  8. 08

    Stewardship and Sustainability

Reporting, compliance, relationship stewardship, and long-term financial resilience.
